These terms apply to plainastro.com, operated by ULA SOFT LTD, registered in England and Wales (company no. 16531031, registered office: 10-16 Tiller Road, 14/2e Docklands Business Center, London E14 8PX) ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a reading you agree to them.

What PlainAstro is

PlainAstro provides astrology calculations and interpretations for reflection and entertainment. Nothing on the site is medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and you should not make important decisions based on it alone.

Readings

A reading is digital content written for the birth details you enter, delivered on screen and by email as soon as payment is confirmed (usually within a few minutes). Please check your birth details before paying. If you entered something wrong, contact us and we will re-run it once free of charge.

Because the reading is delivered immediately at your request, you agree when ordering that your 14-day right to cancel ends once it is delivered. This does not affect your other legal rights: if the reading is not delivered or is faulty, we will fix it or refund you. See the refund policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and include any VAT we must charge. Payment is taken by Stripe at the time of ordering.

Using the site

You may use the free calculators for personal use. Don't scrape the site, resell its content or try to disrupt it. The text, design and code are ours or our licensors'.

Liability

We provide the site with reasonable care, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for a reading is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version shown when you ordered applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
