Refund Policy

Readings are written and delivered within minutes of payment, so we can't take them back once you have them. But we want you to get what you paid for:

• Not delivered? If your reading hasn't arrived within an hour, email us and we'll deliver it or refund you in full.
• Wrong birth details? We'll re-run your reading once, free.
• Something broken or obviously wrong? Tell us what happened and we'll fix it or refund you.
